While we were there, B starts talking to E about something politically/ christian motivated, finishing his soapbox rant with "as you can plainly see."
He hadn't even finished the "ee" in see when E busts out excitedly:
"Can I play in the sea now?!"

So my "holy-shit" meter has gone from calm to panic in one photo. Above is a picture of Galveston taken this morning still 12 hours before Hurricane Ike is even supposed to hit. Given that almost all of the people I care about in this world are sitting in their houses on the south east side of Houston, I am starting to get really, really worried.
